Please Read Before Booking: While there is direct beach access behind the building, the on-site pool is closed for a full restoration. Construction to install the new pool and decking is scheduled for September 2025 through approximately June/July 2026. Beach access will remain open. In October 2025, the geothermal unit will be repaired, which may result in a brief A/C outage. By booking, you acknowledge this status and that rates reflect these temporary impacts. 

Important amenity notice: The community pool at Sandpiper Towers is currently under construction and is not available for guest use at this time. The heated pool is expected to be completed in June/July 2026.
