Do I save money by booking on this website?
Yes. By booking directly through our website you are guaranteed the lowest price available!
How much of a deposit is required to reserve a property?
Half of the total rental amount is charged at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due one month prior to check-in. If the rental is made within 30 days of check-in, the full amount is due upon reservation.
How much are taxes and are there any other fees?
When you have selected dates for a specific property, a detailed breakdown of the taxes, fees and built in discounts are provided. We charge a cleaning fee, state & county taxes and a booking fee. If you choose to bring a pet to one of our pet friendly properties, there is an additional pet fee.
What type of payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Both credit and debit cards are accepted.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you purchase the "Enhanced Cancellation Coverage", you can cancel up to 7 days before check-in and choose a) an 80% refund of the amount paid (excluding the cost of the coverage) OR b) a 100% credit for the amount paid towards a future stay (excluding the cost of the coverage).
Cancellations within 7 days of check-in are not covered.
If you decline the "Enhanced Cancellation Coverage" you are still entitled to our basic protection. This means that you can cancel reservations more than 90 days away and choose either a) a 100% credit towards a future reservation or b) an 80% cash refund of the amount paid. Any cancellations made within 90 days of check in are non-refundable and the reservation is non-transferrable.
What time is check in and check out?
Check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM.
How do we get into the unit?
We will email you a copy of the rental instructions before your check-in. The instructions will include your code to gain access to the unit. You do not need to meet up with anyone so you can arrive at your own convenience, anytime after check-in.
Is housekeeping service provided?
The unit will be cleaned prior to your arrival and following your departure. Daily housekeeping during your stay is not provided.
Are the properties pet friendly?
We offer both pet friendly and non pet friendly options. You can filter for your preferred property type on the “Browse Vacation Rentals” page. Please pay close attention to quantity and weight restrictions. Please click here to show you the pet rules by building.
What amenities are provided?
Each property and building are unique. For condos, you can see a full list of the amenities by clicking on any given property on the search page. Every condo building has a pool and all of our properties come with a full kitchen, free WiFi, linens, towels, and beach accessories. Please click here to show you the amenities by building. For houses, each set of amenities is unique and are listed on the individual page.
What is provided in the kitchen?
The kitchen is stocked with all major appliances (oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher), small appliances (blender, toaster, coffee maker) and cookware (cutlery, glassware, dishes, cooking utensils, pots and pans, etc).
Is there a washer and dryer inside the unit?
Most units have a washer and dryer inside the unit, while the others have them available at the building. You can see which units have an in-unit washer and dryer by clicking on the property.
Are beach supplies provided?
Yes, an umbrella, cooler, beach chairs, body boards, beach towels and beach toys are provided in the unit for your use.
Is there wireless internet in the unit?
Yes, free WiFi is provided in every property. The network name and password are provided in your rental instructions.
Is parking included?
Yes, parking is included for multiple vehicles at no additional cost. Please note that the various condominium buildings have differing restrictions on vehicle types and quantities. Please refer to the individual property terms and conditions for the specific rules relating to parking.
Do you provide baby equipment?
There is a pack and play provided in each unit.
If there is anything specific you require please let us know in advance and we can put you in touch with local companies that can provide and deliver the equipment.
Are the buildings on the beach?
All Condos are located right on the beach and have direct access to the beach. Homes, however, are not located on the beach
What is your smoking policy?
Smoking is not permitted inside any of our units. If smoke is detected in the unit there will be a minimum $500 cleaning charge applied.
Will we receive a refund in the unlikely event of a hurricane?
Yes, in the event of a mandatory hurricane evacuation order you would receive a refund for the nights you are not able to use the property. Otherwise, refunds for bad weather are not provided.
