We loved our stay at Happy Palm Stay. The photos are exactly what you see. We loved how close it was to the beach but was never crowded. We saw dolphins, lizards, turtles. The communication was clear and easy. The beds were comfy and we loved having beach chairs to bring to the beach. Our kids loved surfing in the waves. The door could be a little tricky but it was okay. We would love to come back. So happy with our stay.

I booked this condo for a week long baseball tournament my son had in Viera. It was a perfect location and short drive to the ball Fields.The area was a quiet beach town with local vibes. Pool was perfect for the hot days & after walking up from the beach.The unit was cozy & had everything basic you needed. It was a great stay for us!

Extremely close to the beach with great views. Very few people on beach or in pool. Very peaceful and quiet community. Enjoyed the “quiet hours.” Plenty of beach equipment. I saw some reviewers were mentioning trouble with the lock, type in code wait for the sound of mechanism unlocking and it opens right up. One recommendation would be to update the shower.

We had a relaxing time at Happy Palm Stay's. The location is very peaceful, with easy access to the beach/pool, and we got to see some beautiful sunrises at the beach. We did encounter issues with locking/unlocking our door on our first day, but the team was responsive and were able to resolve our issue quickly.

We truly enjoyed this stay. We had a weekend to get away and loved being right in the beach. Listening to the waves at night while we slept was magical. The property managers are fantastic. We will stay here again.

We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again! We did not receive our door code before our arrival, however a quick phone call cleared that up. The only other issue we had was that the second bedroom was listed to have three twin beds but only had one twin bed and a queen bed. It was not a huge deal however my boys don't like sharing a bed and that is one of the reasons we chose this location.

I recently stayed at a beachfront condo, and it was everything I could have hoped for. The location was unbeatable—just steps away from the ocean with stunning views from the balcony. Waking up to the sound of the waves was a dream! The condo itself was clean, modern, and well-maintained. The decor was bright and beachy, which made the space feel relaxing and inviting.The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy to prepare meals when we didn't feel like dining out. The living area was spacious, and the large windows let in plenty of natural light. Both the bedrooms were comfortable, with soft linens and ample storage. I especially appreciated the beach amenities, including chairs, umbrellas, and towels—no need to pack extra gear!The surrounding area had everything you could need—great restaurants, shopping, and entertainment short drive away. The beach was pristine and not overly crowded, perfect for relaxing or taking a stroll.Overall, this condo provided the perfect beach getaway. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful stay by the ocean. I would definitely come back one day ! :)

We had an amazing stay. A week before our stay we received an email with all our check-in information and our door code was programmed with easy to remember numbers which made remembering so carefree and easy for us. When we arrived our room was spotless with crisp white liens on our bed, and plenty of toiletries to start our stay of seamless. The room included everything we needed and even had a keurig for our use. The beach is steps away and the pool was very clean and relaxing following busy days of seeing area attractions. The air stayed cool and the water was extra hot and allowed for relaxing baths at the end of our evenings following watching the sunset on the balcony. We would most definitely stay again in the future. Everything was absolutely perfect. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Awesome place very quiet and clean just a few steps away from the beach The beach wasn't crowded at all felt like your very on private beach Close to great places to eat and shop Taylor was very responsive to questions and great communication very hospitality and amazing advice The unit has everything that you could possibly need we didn't cook during our stay but the kitchen was well equipped with everything that you could need Very clean which is very important for our family plenty of room for our family (2 teenagers) and myself and wife I highly recommend this unit for anyone who wants to get away and relax we will definitely be back thank you Taylor for everything

Very happy they change the door code for each guest. They had cleaning supplies, kitchen utensils, and really clean/comfy beds. Plenty of towels for everyone to use for our stay with a washer and dryer when needed.

Great place for our families semi annual week vacation. Easy access to the beach or community pool. Very laid back traffic on the road by the complex while we were there. Couple minor items came up while we were there and Taylor was quick to respond in helping get them answered or taken care of. Easy to navigate to from Orlando Airport, up to Cocoa Beach Pier, Brevard Zoo, Kennedy Space Center, and more. Only thing not perfectly clear in the listing is that it is on the second floor, so anyone with mobility issues be aware. We will definitely consider this location again if we visit the area in the future.

Only 18 units in the complex. Great pool right on the beach. Satellite launches can be viewed from your deck. Very friendly group of vacationers.
