We stayed at Sandcastles in Cocoa Beach because our youngest child was playing baseball in Viera. The majority of the team stayed at the same complex. It was great for the boys that we were able to find 6 units in the same place. They had a blast on the beach and in the pool together. The walk to the beach was easy. The pool was perfect for our purposes, but it closes at 10:00 on the dot! The drive to the USSSA ballpark was not bad at all, about 30 minutes each way. The unit completely met our needs. Our family of 4 was able to sleep comfortably in one bedroom that had a queen size bed for the parents and two bunk beds for the kiddos (12 year old boy and 16 year old girl). The only thing that was a little tight was having room for all of our luggage, but it wasn't a problem. My parents, who are in their 70s, had the king sized front room, and we all kind of used both bathrooms just for space. Bathrooms are small, but well-appointed and sufficient for our needs. I loved having attached shampoo, etc. on the wall like a hotel. Well-appointed kitchen with everything we needed to cook at home a couple of nights and the balcony was good-sized and had a perfect view of the ocean. Several restaurants close by, but not crazy crowded like the Panhandle. We had a wonderful trip and would love to visit Cocoa Beach again. Would definitely stay in this unit again if we have the opportunity. Very reasonable price for a clean, attractive beach front unit that sleeps 6 comfortably.

Beautiful place. Would do it again. Few minor issues, spa not working and garbage disposal splash guard missing, caused some minor spashes. But over all well worth the money.

I really enjoyed my stay at this lovely condo. In part due to the jet-lag, I was up early each morning and witnessed the incredible sunrises visible from the balcony. The condo itself has everything you could hope for, with a fully stocked kitchen, tennis rackets, body boards, books etc. The space includes 2 bedrooms, which each have a their own bathrooms, and closets. By way of improvements, the only things we could suggest would be an easier to use light in the smaller bedroom, as we found we had to use a lamp, and clearer guidance on where the bins are located when removing garbage at the end of the trip. Lastly, I want to note how lovely it is to be essentially on the beach. Almost every morning we got out in the sea to use the body boards. On one occasion we saw dolphins, and were even able to watch a StarLink launch from the balcony. Highly recommended.

Beautiful unit and quiet location on the beach. Unit is wonderful and has lots of things included to make your stay fun and comfortable. Beautiful beach view and great pool/hot tub. Some restaurants are walkable (15-20 min) but helpful to have a car otherwise.

beautiful place! pictures don't do it justice. everything you need and the view is amazing! host is responsive and sent text messages of things going on ( shuttle launches) OH and did I mention you can watch the launches right from the balcony! a long with cruise ships departing. highly recommend, we will return!!!
