Great place! Great location on Cocoa Beach. A building is being built next door so there is a lot of free space. Great host - very responsive and even sent us ideas of what was happening for the 4th of July in the area. The inside of the condo is pretty basic but it has everything you need. An extra blanket would have been nice. We cooked in the kitchen. It had what we needed.

Me and my family were lucky enough to come stay here for our second year a few weeks ago and all I can say is it feels like our home away from home. We had a speed bump with the washing machine but it was a super easy fix and they had someone out the very next morning. They are always super fast and friendly with their responses and it felt so nice to stay somewhere where it felt like we were cared about. Thank you for another great year with some beautiful memories, it definitely has a little piece of our hearts. We hope to be back for another trip if we can luck into it again. I definitely recommend staying here to anyone thinking about it.

This place was fantastic! Ocean view with an easy walk to the beach and beach gear was provided with the room. Local restaurants and coffee shops were fun to go to and it was easy to drive around town. Would definitely use this host again!
