Paradise Beach Club 442 offers panoramic views of the sparkling Atlantic through large windows in the living and dining areas, as well as in the master and guest bedrooms. This unit is one of only two in the building featuring a private sunroom with a hot tub, perfect for relaxing while taking in both Northeast and Southeast views. Two expansive private balconies provide additional space to enjoy your Florida getaway. The condo is stocked with beach accessories including chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, toys, towels, and a cooler.

Inside, the master suite features a king bed and stunning ocean vistas. Guest Bedroom 1 has two double beds, while Guest Bedroom 2 includes a king bed, TV, and there is an air mattress available in the living room for additional sleeping accommodations. Free Wi-Fi keeps you connected during your stay.

Please be advised that a condo building is being built on the property next to Paradise Beach Club. There is currently no active construction or noise on-site and it will not impact any building amenities, like the pool or beach access. The building is set further back from the ocean than Paradise Beach Club so you will still have a view of the beautiful beach & ocean but the new building is visible from the balcony.

Please Note: While dogs are welcome in this condo, the beach directly in front of the building is not pet-friendly. However, there are several dog-friendly beach spots just a short drive away—perfect for an oceanside walk with your pup!
