Starting October 20, Ocean Walk will begin concrete restoration of the parking lot and garage. The project is expected to last about three months. There may be noise, dust, and vibration at times, especially during jackhammering and demolition. All building amenities will remain open. Rates have been adjusted to reflect the work and no further discounts will be provided.
