We enjoyed our stay and condo was clean. I would recommend some updates to include maybe replacing livingroom chairs that had safety pins holding seat cushion together and repairing floor entering master bedroom that had duck tape. The host was great. Any questions or needs were promptly addressed.

Overall we had a great stay at this beach condo. The positives: perfect location walking distance to lots of restaurants and Publix. The pool was fantastic, the proximity to the beach was great, and the property grounds were meticulously maintained, just gorgeous. The condo had a great view, a huge balcony, and plenty of pool and beach toys, just as advertised. The negatives: only a couple. Really strange kitchen layout. The only usable refrigerator and freezer is in the dining room, not the kitchen, and it's tiny. In the listing it states there's an ice maker, but there's not one. My only other complaint is as big as the place is, especially the master, there are no dressers. We were there a week and had to live out of our suitcases other than what we could hang in the closet. Not a deal breaker, but there's no reason for it. The rooms are huge!We will definitely be back to Cocoa Beach Towers!

Not being aware that we had all those stairs to carry our luggage up, wasn't a good start. The unit was clean mostly but it is in need of a deep clean and de clutter of the wardrobes and hall cupboard. If things don't work or are broken, throw them out.I had to vacuum a lot of dust build up on top of the bedroom curtains, window sills and screens before we could sleep in the rooms.Nothing I could do about the mildew on the back of the curtains.Position is great, as was the view of the ocean. Communication with Daniel was great, as was the price for the week. I'd love to say we'll stay again but the thought of the stairs Our son who visited, is very interested in booking it at some time in the future. As I said… it really needs a deep cleaning.

We had such a great time at this condo! It was super clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our family. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, which made it easy to go back and forth with the kids. The view from the balcony was beautiful, and we loved having our morning coffee out there. The place felt like a home away from home. Definitely a spot we'd come back to for our next beach vacation!

We have rented in Cocoa Beach previously, and this was a winner! Our family of 4 (2 teen boys) loved the pool, beach and pier access, and amazing property. The decor was so stylish, too. The showers were spa-like! There were tennis rackets, beach chairs, super comfortable beds and great furniture, all making a really fun vacation. We saved so much because of all of the amenities.

Excellent location—perfect view of the pool, beach and sunrise. Very close to the grocery store. Quiet neighborhood. Zareh was incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful. Beds comfortable. The only thing I'd wished I'd paid more attention to in the listing is that it's a small convection oven that looks like a microwave. A bit tricky to figure out but we made it work. Only mentioning in case it helps others in planning. Would definitely stay here again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cocoa Beach! We stayed at Cocoa Beach Towers 46, which is a gorgeous condo. It has absolutely everything that you require for your stay The Condo was very clean and location is perfect! Just a short stroll to the beach and pier. Amanda and her team were extremely helpful and made our stay seamlessly easy. We would definitely recommend their services and would choose to stay there again. Thanks so much for making our time there wonderful.

This is a gorgeous condo, location is perfect for the beach, pier and just relaxing. Very clean and has everything. The only other feedback I would give is that the property should have some barbecue or grills as sometimes you prefer to cook on these. Otherwise would 100% recommend.

My wife and I brought our 3 daughters (ages 10, 13, and 16) for a five day stay, and we had a great time! Decent restaurants near by (Fish Camp was our favorite), the Pier is a beautiful spot for a cocktail and appetizer, nice beach walk to Ron Jon's, Publix across the street, and even found a nice ice cream spot near by. We saw a rocket launch from the beach, took night walks to find crabs, morning walks to find shells, and all 5 of us took surfing lessons at the Pier. Nice pool too!

The unit was just as described and very clean. The pool, ocean access (gated with code), and pier were close enough that we felt comfortable allowing our 14-year-old daughter and her two friends to go to those areas on their own. We didn't do much of any cooking, to speak to kitchen supplies, but we certainly had what we needed throughout the condo. We really appreciated Zareh's email updates on local rocket launches and his advice on Kennedy Space Center - that was above and beyond experiences we've had with property managers, before, and a very nice personal touch.

The Condo was very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for our week long stay!
Beds are very comfortable, soft linens and towels.
The Towers are extremely clean, well maintained, close to everything, and great access to the pool, beach, pier, and shops!
Zareh was amazing!
Attentive, responded quickly to questions, and helped with dinner suggestions and how to best view the launches from Cape Canaveral.
