A great, well described unit. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit with a great balcony view of The Beach. We enjoyed the lay out, a lot of space, and a quiet building in a busy area. Good beach and huge pool. Only issue is there is no blind or curtains for the living room glass doors. Adding that would be 100%.

Just got back from a wonderful vacation at Cocoa Beach Towers #40. The location great. Amazing view of the beach, pool and Cocoa Beach Pier from the balcony and all of the rooms. Walking distance to many restaurants, activities and grocery store. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked. Everything worked great. The unit came with beach chairs, umbrella and coolers which made it super easy to enjoy the beach.

We had a great time at the condo! It's located right on the beach with a lot of restaurants at a walking distance. The check in/out were super easy. There are 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, two kids' surf boards available. That was very helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

The condo was beautiful! Had everything we needed and right on the beach! Host responded quickly to any questions I had. Stocked with lots of beach supplies and kitchen equipment. Tons of restaurants and shopping nearby. Would definitely stay here again

We absolutely LOVE this condo. Beautiful beach views from each bedroom and living room. Safe community, walking distance to everything. I've rented a lot of Airbnb in Florida and this one was the best. Our favorite part was the extra cozy blankets for early morning,sunrise porch snuggles. Already recommended to others!

We really enjoyed staying at this condo and on this property. The condo was very nice, clean, and well stocked. Happy Palm Stays was easy to work with and communicate with. They paid attention to the details. This condo is in a great location too. We would definitely stay here again.

Our time at the condo was amazing! We saw a rocket launch!! Very close to so many attractions. A bit over an hour from Disney. Felt very residential- probably not the place to come party, but those days are long gone for us! We had no idea how much we would love Cocoa Beach. This unit is less than 2 blocks to a major grocery, LQ, restaurants and so much more. We are hoping to spend several weeks in the years to come! This unit has amazing view of the sea, Kennedy Space Center and the pool area. Sun from morning to night. The few glitches are that the lock is wonky and difficult at times. The washer will stop mid-cycle full of wash, and then you need to monkey with it to keep going. Small things like anyone has at their own home. I would rather be on the Space Coast with a fussy washer than back in Minnesota with frozen pipes! The management folks are patient, kind and so responsive. I love this place. Alsp parking is so easy and clear. 5 stars easily! AND SO SPOTLESS!

Overall we had a good experience staying at this place. The ocean view was exactly as described and the amenities were well maintained. However we were disappointed with the locks for this condo they were so hard to lock and unlock, the owners could improve on the bath mats and the HVAC was too loud.

Wow! We landed in the perfect spot. Not only is Cocoa Bach beautiful but there is so much to do and so close for a day trip to Orlando. We went fishing and swimming, visited the pier, walked the beach, and enjoyed the crashing of waves with our open windows at night but the highlight was seeing multiple rockets blast off from the comfort of our patio. Just amazing! Happy Palms was communicative and so easy to work with. We hope to come back again...the Space Coast did NOT disappoint!
