Our stay was great. Location couldn't be better. Beautiful ocean views, close to the pool. Walking distance to several restaurants and the Pier. Beach chairs, umbrella, plenty of towels. My only suggestion is that they could use printed out directions for each TV. There was more than one remote needed for each TV, so it was a little difficult to figure out each TV when relaxing at night.

This was one of the best holidays we have ever had. Everything was simply perfect.
The accommodation is spread over two floors and offers a breathtaking ocean view. It also features a wonderful balcony, where we enjoyed admiring the stars in the evenings and having breakfast in the morning. You can sleep with the windows open and fall asleep to the soothing sound of the waves - an incredibly calming and special experience.
The host thought of every detail. The apartment is exceptionally well equipped, including board games, bodyboards, beach chairs, and umbrellas.
The kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to enjoy meals at home. The beds are comfortable, with memory foam mattresses that ensured a great night's sleep.
Spotlessly clean with fresh white linens and towels, as well as a washer and dryer. We truly lacked nothing.
We'll certainly return.

My family and I had a great stay at this property. It was clean and exactly as advertised. The location is right on the beach and right next to the pool. The property manager (Natalie) was very responsive, friendly, and met all of our needs. We couldn't have been happier.

The location was great! You can see the pier right from the condo. The pool was so nice and clean, the kids really enjoyed swimming! It was a nice quiet community. The condo had plenty of room, we had four people but you could have easily fit a couple more. The beds are all very comfortable, we all slept good ( and that is important especially while on vacation). We would definitely book again!

Overall liked the property except the webbing in all of the dining room chairs were broken making them uncomfortable and roof shinges were falling off the building onto the steps, walkways and lawn. Just needs more proactive maintenance

A company of 6 people, two teenagers and 4 adults. With sea views from the balcony and 50 meters to the sea, we can recommend this place. Also close to grocery stores and restaurants. Parking near the house. Unfortunately we thought the big bed in the room for 4 was extremely soft and down, so we didn't sleep well there. The other beds were comfy. We also thought there were many things missing in the kitchen cabinets, for example, we had wanted more plates and glasses as well as different sizes of pots. There was a missing kitchen chair, when we talked about it, we got help right away. Regarding the cleaning, it was sandy on the floor in the hall when we arrived. The vacuum cleaner worked poorly.

Nice, clean condo that was perfect for my husband and me. The location was convenient to restaurants that we were able to walk to and pretty central to the places we like to go while we're in Cocoa Beach. Parking was very tight, especially if you drive a vehicle larger than a passenger car. Also, it was a little inconvenient to not have basic staples in the kitchen like coffee filters, spices, etc. If you're only visiting for a few days but like to do some cooking, you don't really want to buy lots of spices or foil/plastic wrap. That's a minor negative, but something that is helpful to have available. The shampoo, conditioner and shower soap dispensers in the showers were a big plus. We enjoyed seeing what cruise ships were in port while we were there and then seeing them sail away in the afternoon and early evening from our balcony. I also witnessed a missile launch, which I found out aren't as common as the regular rocket launches they do. The pool area is clean and roomy with plenty of lounge chairs, and the pool itself was warm and clean.I would definitely book here again!

Every step of the way the company/owners were extremely responsive and flexible! Our flight changed and we were able to get in the evening before we were scheduled to. This helped so much since I was traveling with smaller children. The balcony had beautiful views of the ocean! The pool was easy to walk to and inviting! My son and granddaughters loved it and the people in nearby condos were also very friendly. I will certainly go back again! Thank you😊

Our party of six thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit where the cleanliness, location, and layout could not be beat especially for the price. Although we live eleven hours away, we have a handful of units in the area to compare. It was stocked with plenty of linens and kitchen supplies. The convenience to the beach and the pier is really why I booked this unit, but it checked all the boxes even more than I thought it would. We would certainly stay in this one again!
