VRBO 5-Star Review
Had a great week here! Terrible weather but the host was perfect!
VRBO 5-Star Review
Clean, quiet..with a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed watching a space launch from the beach. A much needed vacation. Would stay here again.
VRBO 5-Star Review
A wonderful place to escape the heavily congested beaches, but close enough to popular attractions.

We are a family of four. Two adults and two children. This condo was perfect for us. The location was beachfront, 20 minutes to Kennedy Space Center and an hour to Orlando. This condo is on the first floor which is wonderful for easy access to the beach and pool. It has a nice backyard too. But if you are looking for an ocean view you will need to stay on another floor. We didn't mind but just wanted to mention it. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. We brought our own pillows and had noise machines to drown out noise above us or just to make it less quiet. Kitchen was stocked with basics and we managed. But no extras. We had plenty of towels for pool, shower, and kitchen use. Public is super close to the condo and so is pretty much anything else you need. We enjoyed our stay! It was our first in Cocoa Beach and we recommend Cape Winds Resort.

My group of friends stayed here for spring break and it was great! We loved the location and how easy beach and pool access was from the unit! The host was very responsive and helpful and would absolutely recommend this spot to others!

This place was a dream come true! It was easy to find, very clean, very relaxing, and everything we expected and more for our first trip to Florida! There were two close beach access locations to choose from which were only steps away! Close enough to go back and make lunch to bring it to the beach. The room has a warm vibe with many starters to help out a family flying in with nothing! We actually went to the store before arrival to get things we didn't even need there! We will definitely be staying again in the future!

Condo is literally steps from the beach and pool. Very peaceful and quiet, but within driving distance to local restaurants. Hosts are very responsive and helpful.

Not new to Cape Winds Resort. This unit was well stocked and clean. Owner is just an email away. Would rent again.
Beautiful unit, great service - highly recommend
My family of five had a great stay in unit 107. Check-in and out were easy and the unit was impeccably clean upon arrival. I was impressed with the communication with ‘Stay in Cocoa Beach.' Kelsy actually brought us a blender within 15 minutes when I couldn't find one in the unit. The location of the unit is perfect. It's two units over from the pool so it's quick to get to, but just far enough away that you don't hear any noise from the pool. The walk to the beach is also very close and there is a grass area off of the porch that my kids loved to play in. The complex has a wonderful property manager who was very kind and helpful when I was locating a package I got delivered. The complex also has a well maintained tennis court (with pickleball lines too) and a basketball court that we used daily. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! Thank you Stay in Cocoa Beach. We can't wait to come again :)
Wonderful Stay
Our unit was great and the location is the best! David the handy/maintenance man was terrific and always helpful! We will definitely come back! Thanks to all the staff at Cape Winds!
