This gorgeous condo was newly renovated and boasts many excellent unit & complex amenities. This unit has a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, bright and clean living room and private balcony with ocean view Whether you are getting away to relax or looking for fun for the whole family, this condo will exceed your expectations. You couldn’t ask for a better location!
Location is the best for water activities, adventure and scenic view to enjoy. Just a 30 mins drive to Kennedy Space Center, an hour drive to Walt Disney World. You’re steps from the beach and an easy drive, bike ride or walk to the local bars, restaurants, and shops of Cocoa Beach.

We love the overall vibe of the condo right on the ocean. Everything was well equipped, and the layout was well thought out. That's the one that's the one public. We'll see.

Condo was beautiful!! Property is Centrally located and a quick drive to everything! The staff were so easy to communicate with and checked in on us several times! The walk to the beach was even closer than anticipated! My kids and I agreed we would definitely choose to stay here again if we return to Cocoa Beach! Thank you!

Extremely well stocked condo with plenty of kitchen appliances, beach equipment, towels, and shampoo, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, etc. Nice seating arrangement in living room and dining area with plenty of space for everyone. We had everything we needed and it was a fantastic stay.

very nice unit. Had everything we needed, except the ice maker didn't work, but not a big deal. Dog friendly was the main reason we chose this unit. So that was a plus!

Beautiful new condo. Everything was very nice. Communications with agent and advance info was great. Clean, well furnished , beach chairs etc provided, Denny's across the street. Even had Netflix.

Scacious accommodations
Wide open, spacious and quiet building. Renos were going on when we were there which was hardly noticeable. Loved the big rooms, all the basics needed for kitchen use and we appreciated the extras left for us to use at the beach/pool. Very helpful! The owner was quick to reply to my emails. All the way around a very good experience.
Ps, Taco Tuesdays are now $1.50/each 😏

We enjoyed our stay in this beautifully decorated condo! I enjoyed my coffee on the balcony watching the sunrise each morning. The large table was great to gather around and play games too! It's located a short walk to the beach. The closet filled with beach necessities was very appreciated!! We have made some great memories with our family, and would return for another stay in the future. The staff was quick to respond and answer my emails when I had questions.
