Our stay was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. The space was comfortable, welcoming, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The beds were comfortable, the amenities were excellent, and every detail made us feel at home.
The location was perfect, offering easy access to attractions, restaurants, and activities while still providing a peaceful place to unwind. Communication from the host was outstanding throughout the entire process. They were responsive, helpful, and genuinely cared about our experience.
What stood out most was how effortless and enjoyable the stay felt. It truly felt like a home away from home. We made wonderful memories and would gladly stay here again.

Everything was excellent! The room was modern, clean and comfortable. It actually had more beds than listed. It was literally steps from the beach, with a private secure entrance. The pool was very nice as well. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Check in was easy and Unit was clean and ready at 3pm! We were a family of 6 and enjoyed the condo and beach . Whenever we had a hiccup, Zareh, our property contact was on top of the issue to ensure it was fixed right away.The girlies had loads of fun in the waves.Only concern we had was the seaweed at the beach , excessive and no sign of it being cleared away!From our condo , We had a front row seat to a Space Launch to take supplies to the Space station, it was amazing!Certainly would book at this condo again.

We had a wonderful time. The condo was clean and perfect for our family of 4. Short walk to the beach and the pool was great for late night swimming. Lots of families and kids for my children to hang out with. We will definitely be back! Plenty of stores and restaurants nearby.

Our family had a great vacation. We were right on the beach. We were able to see the sunrise & the sunset from the balcony! The unit was clean and spacious. There were plenty of dining options for the family from walkable restaurants to delivery. Great stay! Thank you!

We visited with extended family, and the unit was my favorite within our group. It was great to be in the same building as everyone else but have our own space for our immediate family. My daughters loved that the second bedroom now has two double beds instead of twin beds! We heard back quickly when we had a question, and the communication about checking, WiFi, etc was very clear. There is construction nearby, as the new Westin is being built, but it was never loud or disruptive to our trip. We'd definitely stay in this unit again on a trip to Cocoa Beach.

The condo is well stocked, and you won't have to go to the store to buy anything else. Plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, dishwasher detergent, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash! 6 beach chairs. Beach Umbrella was broken but replaced immediately at our door. No kids beach toys- bought at Publix and reimbursed immediately. Very accommodating and responsive.

I can't say enough good things about this beachfront condo! It's beautiful and tastefully decorated in soothing beachy colors. It's also very roomy and laid out so well with plenty of privacy. I love that the bedrooms are separate from each other and separate from the living areas as well, which allows sleeping people to not be disturbed by early risers or night owls. Full size stocked kitchen made it easy to cook meals. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge benefit so we didn't have to pack as many clothes. Being just steps from the beach was awesome and we enjoyed the ocean views from the balcony and the master bedroom. The beds were super comfy and there was tons of storage so we weren't tripping over luggage during our stay. It's great for just a few people or a large crowd as there are roll away beds, including a pack n play for babies/toddlers. Zareh was wonderful to stay in touch and answer any questions that came up. We will be back!!!
