This was a great condo for the money! It was on the beach, had plenty of room, and was quiet. We loved that beach chairs, an umbrella, wagon, small cooler, and sand toys were included. It exceeded our expectation & we would definitely come back.

It was amazing to celebrate my 4day birthday weekend here. We stayed in room 304. Great location, spacious and clean. The pool was so amazing too. The beach access as well. They had chairs, umbrellas, all equipped kitchen and bathroom items. It was truly great. 100%% recommended

We absolutely loved our stay here. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. One of our favorite parts was being able to look out the sliding glass doors and see the pool along with a partial beach view — such a relaxing way to start and end the day. The location and atmosphere made for the perfect getaway for our son's birthday weekend.
If we had one complaint, it's that our trip wasn't long enough. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect getaway for my husband and me to relax. The beach was walking distance. We were able to use the beach wagon and beach chairs provided. Comfortable firm king size bed. Balcony next to a parking lot, but we could see the ocean and surfers in the morning.

Honestly went above and beyond our expectations. I highly suggest this beautiful place!! The host responded to everything I sent, even had to call maintenance around 10 pm and got a call back the same night, they came and fixed the problem the next morning!! Wonderful place and wonderful service. Will be going back!!

Very happy with the location. Condo is located on the beach with a private gate for beach access. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Condo did have a corner view of the beach and residents were very quiet and respectful. Would recommend this unit and would definitely stay again.

The condo was as advertized. It was clean and neatly appropriated. The issue was the contruction site next door. The noise began around 7:45 am and went to 5:00pm. They were driving pylons into the ground next door. Even on Saturday. The noise could be heard on the beach. Nothing wrong with the condo, just the noise next door,

This property was great for our trip to the beach! The security was very assuring with a locked elevator and easy beach access with beach showers for easy clean up. The unit was very clean and the amenities were as describe and comfortable. We would definitely stay again! The only recommendation for the owners would be to replace the mattresses. Clean but not too comfortable. Great place to stay!

We had an unforgettable stay in this condo. Everything was perfect, cleanliness, equipment, location, etc. You may think that all the condos in Sandcastles are good and I understand you, but ours had something that the other condos don't have: ZAREH. The service is extraordinary and we are already planning our next stay in Cocoa Beach and it will be in condo #304 for sure!

This was a wonderful property with easy access to the beach AND pool. The only thing we hoped for was some fun restaurants or kid friendly places in walking distance.
Nicely updated beach condo
Unit 304 is large, well-appointed and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped, and they provide everything you need for the beach. Hot water with great pressure for showers, fast wifi, cold A/C, and a great balcony with ocean view. Super relaxing space with chill vibe. The only negative is the mattresses - seems like everything in the unit is new and high quality except that. Even so, would stay again for sure! Great value.
