NOTICE: Please be advised that a roofing project will begin in late April and is expected to last around two months. Work will take place Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, with occasional Saturday work. While there may be some noise during the initial tear-off phase, the remainder of the work will be quieter. We want to assure you that the beach access and all of our amenities will be fully open and ready for you to enjoy throughout the project!

This truly spectacular 3 bedroom penthouse oceanfront corner condo boasts a private hot tub and 2 spacious balconies with unparalled views of the beach & coast. Paradise Beach Club is directly on the beach, boasts an oceanfront heated pool, outdoor BBQ’s, shuffleboard and an onsite dog park.

Important Accessibility Information: While the building has an elevator, please note that units 214, 215, 216, 217, 229, 230, and 231 are split-level with stairs inside. Additionally, all bedrooms are located upstairs, requiring stair use. Please be aware that there is no elevator access to the bedrooms, and the property is not wheelchair accessible. We want to ensure you have all the necessary details before booking.
