NOTICE: Please note that the pool will be closed for repairs the week of April 20th. During this period, all other amenities will remain open and available for guest use. This large beachfront condo is the perfect getaway for families or groups looking to soak up the sun . The split-level unit features two spacious bedrooms and a full bathroom on the upper level, while the main floor offers a full bathroom, updated kitchen, dining/living area, and a large private balcony. Please note there are stairs in the unit. Enjoy stunning ocean views from throughout the condo, including panoramic views from the master bedroom.

The condo is stocked with beach essentials to make your stay effortless, including beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, toys, towels, and a cooler. The master bedroom has a king bed and large HD TV, while the second bedroom has two queen beds and a 50" Smart HD TV. An air mattress is also available for additional sleeping arrangements. Both bathrooms have been fully remodeled, and the unit comes fully stocked with linens and towels. High-speed wireless internet keeps you connected if needed.

Please be advised that a condo building is being built on the property next to Paradise Beach Club. There is currently no active construction or noise on-site and it will not impact any building amenities, like the pool or beach access. The building is set further back from the ocean than Paradise Beach Club so you will still have a view of the beautiful beach & ocean but the new building is visible from the balcony.

Important Accessibility Information: While the building has an elevator, please note that units 214, 215, 216, 217, 229, 230, and 231 are split-level with stairs inside. Additionally, all bedrooms are located upstairs, requiring stair use. Please be aware that there is no elevator access to the bedrooms, and the property is not wheelchair accessible. We want to ensure you have all the necessary details before booking.

Please Note: While dogs are welcome in this condo, the beach directly in front of the building is not pet-friendly. However, there are several dog-friendly beach spots just a short drive away—perfect for an oceanside walk with your pup!
