The guest bedroom includes a double/full bed and twin bed, plus an air mattress is provided in the living room for extra guests. The condo is stocked with beach gear—chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, toys, towels, and a cooler—so you can spend more time enjoying the shore and less time packing.

Please be advised that a condo building is being built on the property next to Paradise Beach Club. There is currently no active construction or noise on-site and it will not impact any building amenities, like the pool or beach access. The building is set further back from the ocean than Paradise Beach Club so you will still have a view of the beautiful beach & ocean but the new building is visible from the balcony.

Important Accessibility Information: While the building has an elevator, please note that units 214, 215, 216, 217, 229, 230, and 231 are split-level with stairs inside. Additionally, all bedrooms are located upstairs, requiring stair use. Please be aware that there is no elevator access to the bedrooms, and the property is not wheelchair accessible. We want to ensure you have all the necessary details before booking.
