Paradise Beach Club 104

NOTICE: Please be advised that a roofing project will begin in late April and is expected to last around two months. Work will take place Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, with occasional Saturday work. While there may be some noise during the initial tear-off phase, the remainder of the work will be quieter. We want to assure you that the beach access and all of our amenities will be fully open and ready for you to enjoy throughout the project!

Paradise Beach Club 104 is a bright ground floor direct oceanfront corner unit. Take in the stunning views of the ocean from the living room and private patio. Enjoy direct access to the pool area and beach! The location can’t be beat!

Please be advised that a condo building is being built on the property next to Paradise Beach Club. There is currently no active construction or noise on-site and it will not impact any building amenities, like the pool or beach access. The building is set further back from the ocean than Paradise Beach Club so you will still have a view of the beautiful beach & ocean but the new building is visible from the balcony. * Sofa sleeper available for additional sleeping space

Important Accessibility Information: While the building has an elevator, please note that units 214, 215, 216, 217, 229, 230, and 231 are split-level with stairs inside. Additionally, all bedrooms are located upstairs, requiring stair use. Please be aware that there is no elevator access to the bedrooms, and the property is not wheelchair accessible. We want to ensure you have all the necessary details before booking.
