The listing is exactly as shown. It was clean, spacious, had everything you needed, and was right on the beach. The hosts were in contact and were available if we needed them. Check in instructions were simple and easy to use. The parking is a little cramped, but manageable for one vehicle. It was quiet. We never heard our joining neighbors during the day or at night. Pool area is clean and was never crowded while we were there. The unit itself is a 2 story unit on the second level so lots of stairs with no elevators. We had a great time here and would def recommend renting this if you are in the area.

Location is very suitable for a beach vacation. Being next to the Coco Beach Pier and a close to a strip mall all within walking distance and restaurants made our short stay easier. Private beach access with a dedicated pool was great. Having beach chairs and toys already at the unit was a huge plus. Be mindful of the stairs to the second floor as they are stone and wet feet would make for a hazard. We had to remind our kids multiple times to be slow and have dry feet when going upstairs. Otherwise, we had a good time, witnessed three rocket launches; two from the beach and Artemis from KSC. Put this one on our favorites list for the next Space Coast visit.

The place was great, right on the beach with a balcony overlooking the ocean. The location is right next to the pier and there are a handful of decent restaurants walking distance. It's a short drive to downtown cocoa beach. We would stay there again!

We.could not.have asked for a better place! The sunrise from the deck of this unit was breathetaking. The condo is right on the beach with a private entrance. It is close to many restaurants, the pier and really any place you would like to go in Cocoa beach. The host was helpful and responded quickly. The pool is heated! You wont want to leave! to questions.

This was a great property: clean, good view and excellent location. We were very close to the beach, to the pier and to several restaurant options -- everything in easy walking distance. And Port Canaveral was only a short drive away. The condo itself was as advertised with a good amount of space and all the amenities promised. Overall, a very good value and will definitely use again if we return to Cocoa Beach.

Check in and out instructions were very clear. Check in and out was a breeze. Very very clean and beautiful. It had everything we needed and more. Host communicated some local activities we might enjoy which was so nice. Everything was within walking distance. We enjoyed the beach everyday and made good use of the chairs and boogie boards provided. We swam in the pool and relaxed on the patio. It was everything we were looking for. It really felt very homey. Thank you so much! Very highly recommend property and host.

View was amazing. Pictures of the pool area were deceiving. Shower current in one bathroom was too high and water got on the floor. King bed was uncomfortable. Wished it had more kitchen towels, probably the poorest stock kitchen i have stayed in. Loved the walk to the beach, 3 minutes, and very grateful for the beach chairs and umbrellas.

This is our second time going to Cocoa Beach for our family vacation and we finally found our go to condo. This place was perfect for our family. Not only was it exactly what was listed but it's also in a great area. The property manager was great. He kept in communication with us making sure that we had everything we needed. Very pretty and accommodating condo, with lots of room. Very good kitchen and two full bathrooms made it easy for 4 people to get ready to go out. Short walk to beach with nice view from balcony. Appreciated not having to buy a Boggie board for my granddaughter...there are two in the unit. Convenient parking in front of the unit. Only bummer of trip was the seaweed in the ocean....and that was "mother natures" fault. Several restaurants nearby that you could walk to. Would definitely stay again.

The location was great. A short walk to the beach and the view is great. The stairs and hall were dirty. The furniture was stained and needed replacing. Moldy smell when walked in. There was no soap for the dishwasher and the dishes didn't match. For 5 stars I would expect soap, and coffee filters at the least. Front screen door sprung. Second bedroom twin bed is pushed to the wall blocking the closet. I have stayed at 5 star places all over and this wasn't one.

We really enjoyed our stay in the property at Stay in Cocoa Beach, the location was more than we could have hoped for, close to the Cocoa Beach Pier and right on the beach. I feel that the property was a good value for the location and Zareh very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
Always come back
This is the 5th time we have used company for our vacation needs, and they have yet to disappoint us. We usually stay at Chateau By the Sea, but they didn't have any beach front available at the time of this stay so we went next door to Ola Grande. WOW.......townhouse was awesome, so much space, so much storage, the view was amazing. They had everything we needed. The one and only complaint that I have is the bathtub in the main bathroom was way to deep for us to feel we could get in and out of safely, so we just shared the walkin shower in the second bathroom. Problem solved. Property management is amazing. We did have an issue with the keypad for entrance but as soon as I let them know, they had maintenance out there to fix it. They check up on us to make sure that all is well during our stay. I have only been back home for a day and I have already booked our next stay. Thank you for being so amazing
Great, Quick Getaway
Our first trip to Cocoa Beach did not disappoint. Ola Grande 217 was a welcome sight and ready for us when we arrived at 4am due to rental car delays at the airport. The unit was clean and comfortable, as was the pool and grounds. The location was perfect for our crew of four, which included my mother, my two teens, and me. Not having to worry about beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, and other beach needs was the best part. Zareh was the perfect host checking in on us along the way to make sure we had what we needed. We used the area guide as well to help us with dinner, groceries, and things to do. We will definitely look to rent here again the next time we travel to Cocoa Beach!
