The first floor features an in-unit washer/dryer and kitchen that is fully stocked with all the pots, pans, dishes and cutlery you will need to make meals on your vacation. The kitchen is equip with stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and blender. The open floor plans leans you into the spacious living room with comfortable seating, large flat screen TV and a view of the ocean with balcony access! 

The second floor features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and flat screen TV. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed. Both bathrooms are spacious and have showers! 

Cocoa Beach Club is very centrally located right near the Pier - with restaurants and activities within walking distance. The is also a large heated pool and putting green right at the complex to enjoy. 

There are tons of activities and attractions very nearby including the Cocoa Beach Pier (0.1 miles), Ron Jon's Surf Shop, Downtown Cocoa Beach, Kennedy Space Center, Brevard Zoo, Historic Cocoa Village and Disney/Orlando airport is only 45 minutes away!
