AIRBNB 5-Star Review
We loved staying at Happy Palm Stay's. Perfect location to base out of for a visit to Kennedy Space Center. Perfect viewing from the rooftop of a rocket launch. Loved having items to use at the beach: chair, umbrella, bodyboards! Great time. We look forward to our next visit!

We came to the area to help our son surprise his future wife with a proposal.

VRBO 5-Star Review
The communication from Happy Palm Stays and the abominations the provide with the rental make this trip a great experience. They provide nearly everything you would need for a beach trip…beach chairs (and not the cheap ones, Tommy Bahama w/ backpack straps), boogie boards, small cooler, beach umbrellas, beach towels, as well as bath and kitchen essentials. The only thing lacking was a pitcher because I can't go a week without sweet tea so we had to purchase one. The unit was clean and all appliances worked well with no issues (you'll need coffee fillers if you want coffee). I was a bit worried the beach in front of the condo would get crowded with the pier and public beach access being practically next door but the crowds generally stayed close to the pier. My only complaint was each day our condo neighbor left all their beach stuff in the breezeway, which is already somewhat tight, but that's more a reflection of their rudeness and not the host.

Beautiful view, nice unit, very clean. Our host communicated very well and we appreciated the lawn chairs and boards available for our use. Would definitely recommend this place to friends!
Love Chateau!
This was our third year staying at Chateau, and we have booked our unit for next year. It is a well cared for property with a very responsive staff. We found all guests to be respectful of the rules and regs. It is convenient to the pier and beach and also has a nice pool. We love the ocean view from our unit.
Amazing Stay
This condo was amazing!!!! It was so nice and clean. It literally has everything you will need for your stay!!! We will definitely be back!!! Thank you Zareh.
Wonder stay!
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Château by the sea. Our condo was extremely clean inside and had up-to-date appliances and wonderful, comfy furniture. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool and the beach access right out the front door. The rooftop area is amazing! We were able to witness a rocket launch from the rooftop.
Would highly recommend! Management is extremely wonderful to work with, and helped our family out with rescheduling after our flight was canceled. Definitely hope to stay here again in the future!
5 Star Condo
Had a fantastic stay at Chateau By the Sea! Perfect location. Enjoyed the beach during the day and walked to restaurants in the evening. Condo was exceptionally clean and very well stocked. Stay in Cocoa Beach was very professional and answered questions quickly. We have rented alot of condos in Cocoa Beach over last 20 yrs and this was our favorite! Definitely will be back!
3rd time amazing
I really wish I could go higher on the rating but it only allows 5 stars. Kelsy and the team are so easy to work with, the condos are always well maintained, we have not had a single issue. This was our third time staying at chateau by the sea and it won't be our last. We make such great memories with my mother. My sister booked at the same time to to have a family reunion. Great time had by all and we can not wait to book again
Perfect for family
This place was perfect for our family of five. We enjoyed the early sunrise from the balcony, used the kitchen for breakfast, easy walk to the beach, and accessibility to The Pier. Pool was immaculate and nice to have late in the afternoon. The chairs, umbrella, cooler, and body boards were an appreciated extra. Establishment is safe and very clean. Not to mention the roof top patio for launches!! Kelsey and the family are AWESOME! Reserving and communication was effortless. WE HAVE FOUND OUR SPOT FOR OUR ANNUAL COCOA BEACH TRIP!!!!
What a view!!
Our stay at Chateau by the Sea was wonderful. The location was perfect for easy walking to the pier and many restaurants within walking distance. In the five day stay we only drove the car twice, once to Port Canaveral for an afternoon touring the Observation Tower and eating seafood at the local restaurants. The Chateau is very well maintained and clean. The pool is large and very accommodating for people of all ages. The unit was well equipped for an easy stay. The evenings were quite and fun to sit on the balcony overlooking the ocean and pier activities.
We were surprised with a rocket launch one afternoon so we were able to go up on the rooftop to watch the launch. Amazing sight. Highly recommend. We will go again for sure.
