-Cape Winds has a construction project to repair the balconies in the 1 and 8 stacks. The construction is projected to be until mid-December. There will be noise and dust from the construction throughout the building during this time. We have reduced our rates during this time period for the inconvenience. Please note that the pool will be open and can be used within normal operating hours.
-The City of Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach are planning a beach restoration project that is tentatively expected to occur February 2025 - April 2025. They typically restore a small section of beach in phases and we are closely monitoring the project to be able to notify guests of schedule changes and nearest beach access as necessary.
