We knew it was a beautiful place by the photos. What we didn't expect was the beautiful drive in with welcoming peacocks in the neighborhood! The grandkids were so excited. The tiki hut was a favorite spot for all of us. The kids played chess or checkers there, while the men sat during the evening hours talking. A very easy walk to the beach was great. We saw a satellite launch, Blue Angels rehearsing, and several cruise liners leaving on their trips. We hope to return again!!

Came to stay for a USSSA Little League Baseball tournament that was going on during the week, and had a blast ! It was close to the beach, and the families enjoyed the backyard during the entire week along with a few little league all stars ! The kids will have memories forever. I would tell anyone that's coming during that week, this would be a #1 place to stay ! It's a sure shot for a great time ! Thank you !

The location was perfect! Minutes from the beach, beach was practically a private beach. We loved being able to use the beach chairs, bikes, surfboards, which the kids loved. The house the beautiful and comfortable fit a family of 6. Couldn't have asked for a better place!

This home made for the ideal family vacation spot. It felt light, clean, and fresh from the minute we walked through the door, and there was plenty of room for our party of 12 (!) including an infant and toddler: The open floor layout of the house made it feel spacious enough for the baby to crawl and the rest of us be near enough to supervise. The house is walking distance to the beach (easy even for the littles), and the beach itself wasn’t crowded like the touristy hotel and park areas we saw down the beach from us on either side. The board games and sunroom addition were perfect for the rainy day we had, and the tiki hut in the backyard became the kids’ “restaurant” one night to serve the adults dinner. There is an outdoor shower in the driveway, and an ideal cemented area right behind the side gate for all the beach stuff to dry out. Not to mention the well stocked kitchen, stylish laundry room, and a dozen wandering peacocks a day, and you have an amazing vacation house!!

Perfect get away house. Place was clean, updated, great location, affordable, and had good amenities. Stayed for 45 days. Host was great answering questions and communicating. Would rebook for any trip back down to area.

This property was perfect for our family. It easily sleeps 10, it's the perfect walk to the beach and we loved the backyard. The neighborhood was full of friendly people out walking. The peacocks were absolutely gorgeous and so people friendly. The only thing we would like to see added would be an ice machine of some type. The freezer cannot possibly keep up enough ice for 10 people even for just daily use. When you add in the heat of the summer beach and needing even more ice for it, we made multiple trips per day for. Bags of ice.
