We enjoyed our stay at Harbor Island. The condo & property were as described, clean & well maintained. The host Happy Palms was incredibly responsive & reached out several times prior to & during our stay to check in. The condo includes two bikes & lots of beach gear. If we're ever in the area we would come back to stay again.

Great place to stay ! The beach is a short walk or drive away but you get amazing water views from anywhere in the house which made the whole stay worth it. Added bonus were the dolphins that showed up pretty much every day and you could see them right from your balcony. The house was great, very clean, had all the basic supplies and communication with Taylor was great.

We had an amazing stay! The property was very clean and beautiful. Location was great for us and everything we wanted to do. The sunset view from the balcony over the river was an unexpected favorite part of the whole experience. Check in was super easy and communication was super quick. We will be back for sure.

Absolutely wonderful - spotless condo with all the amenities and breathtaking views. If I could give 6 stars, I would. Happy Palm Stays was wonderful throughout and the condo was well stocked. Loved the decor - elegant and modern. The location was excellent - the beach, saltwater pool, and the sunsets were gorgeous from the deck. We even saw several dolphins from the window! Great restaurants nearby - coconut cove cafe (German), mister 01 and Melbourne beach market had delicious pizza. Will definitely stay again!

This place was so beautiful and perfect. We instantly felt right at home, the beaches in Melbourne Beach are the best, it was never packed. We will definitely be back next time we come to visit Florida.
