I loved our stay here. The apartment is so cozy and spacious! And the location is perfect! Everything is within walking distance. Direct beach access and the sunrise and sunset pics from the patio overlooking the ocean will be amazing! We had a slight hiccup with the lock during memorial weekend but the host answered on the first ring and gave us options right away. We would definitely book this place again. Also the pizza place next door is amazing. You won't regret booking this place!

This particular unit was beautifully decorated and clean. The view is absolutely amazing. It is as described, and it's right on the beach. Our unit was next to 2 bars. The nights they had live music, it did get a little noisy. Still, though it was very peaceful being able to sit on the balcony and watch the waves and watch the sunrise. The property management team responded very quickly and very well. We did have a couple of issues, but again, the team responded in a very professional and prompt way. Natalie was always professional and answered all my concerns. Just as described, there are several steps to go up in order to get into the building, and to get out onto the beach. The building itself needs some updates. and the individual unit we stayed in, was well renovated. If you don't mind all the stairs, this place is wonderful.

I absolutely loved my ocean front stay here at this lovely property. Upgraded Beach side condo, with a beautiful kitchen! Balcony reaches the living room and the master bedroom and I left truly refreshed. Thank you to Happy Palm Stays!! It was just what I needed. Also I loved that you all thought of every detail too, like brand new method brand hand soap, dish soap, laundry soap, fully filled soap in shower dispensers, great memory foam bed, charging stations etc. The details matter and you thought of them all. Beautiful oceanfront condo. Appreciated the beach chairs and boogie board. Negative for us was the beach access- not friendly for those traveling with smaller children who require so much stuff for the beach as you have to go up and down steps making it impossible to use a beach cart. However, it was great to be oceanfront. Also would recommend a Keurig as there is only a drip coffee maker available but that’s more of a personal preference for me and most definitely not a deal breaker. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

Our stay here was fantastic! The condo is very spacious, with everything you would need and more. The location was great. Very close to many restaurants, bars, stores, etc. The beach towels and other beach items were a nice extra. We had a great time and would definitely book here again!

We spent two weeks with the family in the apartment. The apartment is very well equipped and newly renovated as described. The ocean view is of course the biggest highlight every morning. We would not describe the view of the building from the street side as very inviting - but we knew that from the pictures beforehand and it did not play a big role for us. Access to the front door as well as to the apartment by code was very easy and gave us a very good comfort and was also advantageous as we arrived late in the evening. The contact with the landlord was also very friendly and smooth. We thank you for the stay and wish all future guests such a positive stay as well!

While the outside of “Boardwalk” isn't super appealing from the road, it was obvious the care and pride that was put into decorating and furnishing the condo as soon as we walked in the door! Spotlessly clean and super cozy. We loved having coffee on the balcony every morning and watching the sun rise and then walking right outside to go down to the water. Notably, the staff were super helpful with small questions (like what kind of coffee filter to get lol) and very friendly! We enjoyed live music next door- it was awesome to have several places to eat/drink/dance within quick walking distance and bagels at the Salty Bagel were so good we went twice :) The kitchen is so well outfitted, we cooked several meals for ourselves as well- honestly the thing that thrilled us the most was having quality sharp knives to use! Overall, we loved our stay at Boardwalk 205 in Cocoa Beach and would definitely return.

A super clean, modern and comfortable condo. Just as described. Every amenity provided. Spacious and a great view of cocoa beach. The building itself looks to be in the process of restoration it does not due the actually unit justice. Access with a common key to the building and the walkway to the beach can be a bit inconvenient but they provide a couple keys so multiple parties can split up. The host is great very responsive and helpful when picking up the common key and provided some tips on the area. Location is nice walkable to several new favorites we found. Highly recommend this place!

Great rental company and the unit itself is very nice - just as described. The outside and common areas are is in serious disrepair but are being remodeled — just not what we expected based on the condo photos. The process for obtaining the key for entry is quite clunky. There is no garage parking for this unit so everything for the stay had to be hauled up and down a flight of stairs. Digital entry only for the condo door, not the beach or building. The pool was out of order due to the remodel. This unit is right next to The Beach Shack and Coconuts which was a blessing and a curse. We enjoyed the proximity but it also resulted in crowded beach access. However, as mentioned previously, the condo is terrific and well equipped. It is right in the middle of downtown with easy access restaurants and nightlife. Excellent responsiveness from our hosts. We'll definitely come back again once the remodel is complete. Good value for the money.

We LOVED our stay at Cocoa Beach. The condo was maybe the cleanest vacation rental we've ever stayed in and so. well. stocked. It had everything we could have needed (besides food, obviously). Loved the decor and the layout. The view was FANTASTIC. A bit of a pain walking around the building to get the beach but not a far walk. Beach was WONDERFUL. The neighborhood felt a little sketchy at first but turned out to be fine. Pool was nicer than it appears too. Just wonderful. Would definitely stay again if we are ever in the area. LOVED IT.
