Everything was great! Especially the proximity to the beach. There was a beach cart to transport everything to the beach for us and made it extremely simple to get all the chairs and items back and forth.
The house was clean and very nice, thanks for the awesome experience for our family.

Brief walk to ocean, not even 5 minutes, it was perfect for our baby girl and her stroller. Sadly half our trip was rained out, but, the game room came in clutch to keep all the kids occupied. Well worth their entertainment. PSA - There are peacocks roaming. Yes peacocks! Never thought I'd see a peacock checking his reflection off the side of my car.

The actual beach house is better than the pictures. It is truly a beautiful, spacious beach house. There were 6 of us and we had tons of room. Beach is so close and there is so much room on the beach. The first night we went to the beach at night to see a rocket launch. Incredible place and great location. Hope this place is available for our next Florida vacation!

This is our third visit to this house and we continue enjoying it with the kids. The garage is a great place to spend the afternoons after coming back from the beach. It has been always super clean and has a well equipped kitchen. We ran into a few maintenance issues but the host was very responsive and resolved quickly.

Fantastic, immaculate, comfortable home. So close to everything we wanted to do! Less than 5 minute walk to quiet, uncrowded beach. Boogie boards and tons of towels provided. 25 minutes to Kennedy Space Center. Lots of yummy restaurants in Port Canaveral especially Rising Tide. Very close to Cocoa Beach but we preferred the beach close by. Saw lots of cruise ships but it wasn't crowded anywhere. We recommend SoBe Surf for paddle boarding 15 minutes away. Saw tons of manatees! Jet ski rental was also 15 minutes away. Saw lots of peacocks nearby.

I came to Cocoa Beach for my birthday and an annual couples' trip, and this home was so great! Beautifully decorated, super clean, and just like the pics. Loved having the backyard and hot tub, though lounge chairs would have been great! The beach was a 2 min walk and never crowded, even during spring break and we loved how dog-friendly the area was with lots of restaurants + great vegan/vegetarian spots super close. The house was well-stocked with towels, beach chairs, kitchen items, and workout equipment. Would have loved screens on the sliding doors, esp since the house seems geared towards a big family vs couples trip re size of beds. Overall it worked great for 2 couples and we had plenty of space to work from, though the open concept made it difficult to separate hearing convos. The property manager was responsive and helpful when needed and we had a great stay - would definitely return!

As a group of 5, we really enjoyed staying in this beautiful home. The aesthetics of the space both indoor and outdoor were lovely and peaceful. The hot tub was clean and worked beautifully. The beach was a block and a half away and a safe walk through a residential neighborhood. Would highly, highly recommend for those wanting a more quiet, private get away.

Loved the house it was perfect for our 4 teenagers and my husband and I. I grew up spending my summers in Cocoa Beach so I felt like I was coming home. The beach was a close walk (5 min) I timed and was perfect for beach walks in the morning.

The home was very spacious and the kitchen was well stocked. The large fenced in yard were great for the dogs. The beds were comfortable. This is a very walkable area. The home is close to the Jetty Pier to watch the launches (prepay $15 online) or if you choose to walk the beach is a half block away. We saw dolphins and sea turtles in Jetty Park along the pier. You do have to drive about 15 minutes and pay to park to go onto the beach that permits dogs it is south from the home. There were a few minor issues but Amanda was very responsive. We explored the Kennedy Center and Apollo/Saturn V Center which provides free kennels (they also sell tickets to see some rocket launches). The Black Point and Canaveral National Seashore wildlife drives are wonderful to see different wildlife. There are also other nearby places you may have a chance to see Manatees.

The house the area we loved it all. And the wild peacocks roaming the area was so awesome to see. We got see SpaceX rockets launch on the beach. And feel the rumble. Pretty amazing. We will definitely stay here again.

As someone who takes my own towels and linens to Airbnb's (and who also does a double disinfect cleaning upon arrival) when we stay somewhere-I was EXTREMELY pleased with this homes cleanliness. Bathrooms were clean, towels were clean, linens and sheets were clean (as were comforters AND throw blankets…IYKYK), kitchen was clean, floors were clean. Our family of 8 had more than enough space to spread out and relax comfortably. The beach was a super quick walk away with direct beach access, which we loved. Close to the main road and all kinds of restaurants. WiFi was fast. Quiet neighborhood. Nice backyard. Overall a wonderful experience. We would definitely stay here again.

This is our second time staying at this house and if possible, we will do it again. Walking distance to the beach. Easy commute even for the little ones. The house is nicely decorated and clean; as shown in the pictures. We contacted the host for some questions and she was always responsive and friendly.

We spent spring break at this house with our two teenagers and my parents-in-law. Great layout for our group, plenty of spaces to retreat to and was spacious enough to be together on a rainy day. The bonus rec space was cool and my daughter hung out there every night. Everything felt fresh and clean (I love the beach but don't like the gross feeling of other people's musty beach homes - didn't have even a hint of that). If you are open to not being directly on the beach, this is a great option - truly just a few mins walk to the end of the block and across the street and you're there! Beach was great, big and not packed. I was worried that being closer toward the canal where cruise ships dock, we'd have crowds, but wasn't the case. The house had 6 lightweight beach chairs, 2 umbrellas and 2 boogie boards, couldn't have asked for more. Backyard table was shaded, perfect for dining al fresco especially if shade/shelter needed. From backyard, we saw two launches we didn't realize were scheduled on our first night, so exciting for all! Close to Kennedy Space Center, and we did a guided night kayak on nearby Merritt Island (Day Away tours, I recommend). Saw lots of bioluminescent comb jellies and a dolphin swam by our kayak! The only reason I gave the location 4 stars instead of 5 is there are some sort of seedy apartments nearby. Big fenced in yard. When my kids were little I cared more about having a pool or beachfront location, easier w/naptimes. Would stay here again!
