You are located just 3 blocks from the beautiful sandy beaches and minutes to the Cocoa Beach Pier, restaurants and Ron Jon for shopping! Also, with close proximity to the Kennedy Space Center, Orlando Theme Parks, shopping, and Airports.
The heated pool maintains a temperature of approximately 80°F. However, air temperature, sun, and wind affect outdoor pools. You may notice swings of a few degrees, especially after cool nights.

It was a beautiful house for our family vacation. There were a couple of glitches, at first, the door code did not work upon arrival. It took the management company about 20 minutes to resolve the issue and they were very helpful during the process. We picked the house for the location and the heated pool. Unfortunately, the pool never got to a temperature that was comfortable in March but the management tried to help by setting the heater to run a couple of hours extra. Overall, we had a great time and the property is beautiful maintained, furnished and upgraded.

Lovely place in quiet neighborhood-walkable to beach/shops and easy to hop on highway for day trips. Place is as described/pictured. FYI pool heated during daytime hours, 10-8 for our stay, so morning swims are chilly. Tons of pool toys provided (beach balls, floats) and beach gear (umbrella, chairs, wagon, beach toys, boogie board, football). Bunks are great for families, and crib and crib sheet provided for littles. No other kid cutlery/kitchenware provided so bring some if your kiddos have little hands. Mgmt company is communicative, providing clear check in/out instructions and responsive when sending questions throughout stay (within minutes!). Company does have you sign contract external to Airbnb.

We really enjoyed our stay here. While getting to the beach is walkable, we found it a bit much and drove instead. The area is nice and quiet. Quick zip over to Disney and enjoyed seeing the cruise ships. Our kids loved the pool and all the cool shells we found on the beach! I loved the cleanliness and provided materials like plenty of towels, beach toys, etc. Made our stay more relaxing without the worry's of those little things.

We had a wonderful vacation at The Gypsea Sol. The unit is perfect for families with 1-2 kids. It was the best vacation home we have ever stayed so far. The house was very clean and we felt like home from the first minute. Slept very good in the comfy beds and we all, especially our son loved the pool. The beach is only a 5-minute-walk away. There are beach chairs, an umbrella and bodyboards in the house. We even saw a rocket starting from the beach. The kitchen is very good equipped - there was everything we needed. A lot of things to see and do nearby (Kennedy Space Center, Disney only 1 hour away, Outlets and more in Orlando, the port, ...). Also a lot of nice restaurants. The communication was very good. Zareh answered very quickly, when we had a question. There is self-checkin wirh a code - very easy. We loved our stay at The Gypsea Sol and we are looking forward for our next stay. Highly recommended.

Our stay was fantastic! I couldn't have asked for anything more! The house was absolutely stunning & had everything you could possibly need if not more! The pool was so relaxing and the kids loved it! We were so impressed by how close the beach was and very close to so many great restaurants and shopping places! The neighborhood was quiet and nice! Everyone around was so friendly and welcoming. This is the perfect spot for families. It was just amazing. This was the perfect place for our family and I'm so thankful for all the memories we shared together! The worst part about this vacation was having to leave! I could go on and on about how beautiful the home was and how great it was! It will definitely be one to remember!! Thank you guys so much for having us!

If you're looking for a rental that feels like a luxury hotel but has more privacy and space, look no further. Beautifully designed, extremely clean, comfy beds with high quality linens, lots of luxurious towels, 3 short blocks to the beach, and the private pool! Rarely do you find a place like this- I've already recommended it to a friend! All of the kitchenware matches the design of the house - that's how much the owners want you to have an outstanding experience. Lots of pool and beach towels available, beach gear, even use of a wireless speaker. I can't say enough great things!

Without a doubt this is one of the best Airbnbs that I have stayed at. Only a couple blocks (5 min walk) to the beautiful ocean, 20 minutes from the Kennedy Space Center where we saw a rocket launch!!! Easy drive to Orlando for the theme parks. Location was perfect but even better was the perfectly kept villa with the private covered and heated pool. We had a family of five stay here very comfortably and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The inside is very modern with all updated items and they provide beach chairs, bodyboards, pool noodles and more. They customize everything in a cute way with GypseaSol cups, towels and even playing cards. I would easily recommend this stay for anyone who is interested in a Florida vacation, you wont regret it

Gypsea Sol was amazing. This was our 5 year old's first time at the beach. The walk to the beach was so quick and easy and there was everything you could ever need at the house. The only thing we didn't have that we wish we did was more time. 5++ stars!

The Gypsea Sol was the perfect vacation spot for our family of 4. The location was wonderful, just a few blocks to the beach and close to town. It was easy to get in and out of the neighborhood with the main road just one block over. The pool was amazing for our kids to swim and a nice relaxing vibe. The house had everything we needed (utensils in the kitchen, extra towels, and linens.) Everything was clean and pristine as well as beautifully decorated! We would definitely stay at the Gypsea Sol again!

Our stay was perfect. We used the grill almost everyday. Kitchen also had anything we needed. The pool was perfect for when our daughter napped. Towels included for the pool and beach. Walking distance to the beach. Boogie boards, wagon, beach chairs and sand toys were also perfect. Outdoor shower great for clean up after the beach... Very cute and very clean!!!

As Oregonians mid winter we needed to find sun and relaxation and The Gypsea Sol was a perfectChoice. Location only two blocks from the beach in a quiet neighborhood and only a few blocks from the main road to everything both Cape Canaveral and Coco Beach offer. The property is amazing. Beautiful design interior and outstanding craftsmanship throughout we enjoyed a fully appointed neat for our three week stay. The lanai/pool area was private, sunny and wonderful. there were many items available to take chairs and other needed items for days at the beach. We would return to this property in a moment. Thank you for the effort and thoughtful energy to create this palace away from home.

The Gypsea Sol has it all! Fully functioning , comfortable , immaculately clean and homey accommodation. We didn't have to go to the store for much , as it is completely stocked ..which is sometimes hard to find in a rental. Our three young children enjoyed the privacy of our own pool and play area. A short walk to the beach in a quiet neighborhood was ideal. It was nicely located not far from N Atlantic Avenue where the shops , restaurants, etc are.
Beside the home being perfect for our needs , zareh is an exceptional member of the Happy Palms staff. Always available and extremely knowledgeable of the area, even sending us a personal message as a heads up for the rocket launch from the space center ! We would love to return to the Sol & Happy Palms in the future.

Our stay was exactly the relaxing vacation we needed! The location was great for daily walks to the beach and close to stores and restaurants while still in a quiet location. I had the most wonderful stay at the Gypsea Sol! It's the perfect lodging for up to 5 guests. It's so close to the beach, just a few blocks walking distance. The place itself is connected to another unit but I didn't even hear them. There's even a private pool and tiki bar. This place is located close to Kennedy Space Center, restaurants and shopping.

JUST BOOK IT!! We are already planning our next visit for Summer 2025 here. This home was above and beyond our expectations. Our family of 3 stayed for 6 nights and it was so perfect. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Zareh was super responsive with any questions we had (even when we arrived at 1am and I forgot how to find the access code). We loved the pool area! It was so dreamy and very private. The beach is literally 3 blocks away. We were able to pack up everything we needed for a day at the beach (chairs, umbrella, cooler table, etc.) provided by the host and just go. The beach area wasn't over crowded and felt private even though it's a public beach access area. We also had a great time going to the restaurants and activities shared by our hosts. I could go on and on because we truly loved our stay. See you next time Gypsea Sol! Thank you for such a special week.

Perfect little get away for a honeymoon. We enjoyed the privacy of the home and the heated pool. The beach is only a 2 or 3 minute walk away. If you can't find what you need at Cape Can. — you will just 10 or 15 minutes across the bridge. The place was very clean and the host went above and beyond. Stop looking and book this place

Stunning little beach gem! Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautifully renovated and designed home. We walked to the beach every day, which was surprisingly low key considering spring break season, and watched rocket launches from NASA from the driveway. It's in the perfect location near Kennedy Space Center, restaurants, shops, and the best beaches the Space Coast has to offer. The house has every amenity you could need from the kitchen to the pool + beach! The beach wagon, chairs, towels, and umbrella were so nice to have. The pool was fun for the kids to swim in when they got tired of the ocean. There's also a nice library and big park just one block from the house that make for great rainy day options. The entire stay made for a relaxing and fun family vacation!

The Gypsea Sol property was such a gorgeous property. I loved spending time in Cape Canaveral at this home. Everything was decorated beautifully & small details made it so nice to stay. I enjoyed spending time lounging in the back screened-in patio area by the pool, making dinner in the well equipped kitchen with high-end appliances & outdoor propane grill, and worked at the window-lit desk. Every part of this home was thoughtfully designed, and I felt very comfortable with every imaginable convenience taken care of. I can't wait for my next trip to Florida - I will be sure to look up The Gypsea Sol again!

Everything about my stay at The Gypsea Sol house was amazing. The home is cozy, chic, and full of tons of detail. The rooms are so inviting and stocked with everything you could need. The pool area was clean and the I cannot believe how gorgeous the outdoor shower was. There is so much to do in the area and the ocean is just a short walk down the street. This is the perfect stay whether you are looking for a quick getaway or somewhere to take the family. I cannot wait to visit again!
