The neighboring Villas (5,6 & 8 ) share an AC system. The thermostat is located in unit 8. The thermostat is set to 70 degrees to keep all units comfortable. 

The upstairs villas (9 & 10) share an AC system. While the AC handler is located in unit 10,  thermostat is located within unit 9. The thermostat is set to 70 degrees to ensure comfort for both units.
