THE SPACE: YOUR OCEANFRONT COCOA BEACH CONDO
Slide open the balcony doors and let the sea breeze in. The bright living room has a plush sectional and a Smart TV, and the dining table for four sits steps from the breakfast bar.

The fully equipped kitchen has a stainless fridge with ice maker, stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster, plus an extra beverage fridge to keep drinks cold.

The primary bedroom has two queen beds, a TV, and its own door to the ocean-view balcony. The guest bedroom also has two queen beds. Two twin rollaway beds are stored in the guest bedroom closet and can be set up in the living room. Two full bathrooms: one with a tub/shower combo and one with a walk-in shower. Sleeps 6.

The balcony is shared by the primary bedroom and living room. Grab a seat at the bistro table and watch the waves roll in. Downstairs, cool off in the heated community pool, then follow the boardwalk to the beach.

LOCATION: ON THE BEACH IN COCOA BEACH
This unit is located inside the Wellington complex and right on the beach. Downtown Cocoa Beach's restaurants, bars, and shops are about a half-mile away. The famous Cocoa Beach Pier is about three miles up the coast, and the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex makes an easy day trip. Cruising? Port Canaveral is just 15 minutes away, and Walt Disney World is about an hour and a half by car.
