Although the current schedule does not anticipate that the work will directly impact the balcony for this specific unit during bookable dates, it is possible that the schedules may change as work progresses. Regardless of where the work is happening at the buildings, there will be noise (Monday-Friday) from jackhammering as it travels easily through concrete.
The beach access l is expected to remain open throughout the project, and work will be limited to working hours on weekdays. If you’re a guest who plans to spend a considerable amount of time away from the condo during the day on the weekdays, this will be less of an inconvenience and we have already significantly reduced our rates in light of the inconvenience (additional refunds for disruptions, noise complaints or construction inconveniences will not be provided.
